It’s hard to believe that it is already well into the month of April, and whilst it’s still mostly beautiful and sunny in Perth, it’s quickly cooling down and Winter is approaching us fast! While there is absolutely no need to restyle your home completely, there are a few small changes that can make your home a lot cosier and ‘warm’ throughout the Autumn/Winter season.
To make those freezing nights at home a little cosier for you and your loved ones, here’s my first tip to updating your home’s look for Autumn/Winter:
Tip No.1 - Update your Sofa
There’s no denying that a lazy indoor afternoon becomes a little more appealing as the winter months approach and the weather begins to cool down. Slipping into some slippers and popping on a pot of tea with a good book on the sofa is one of my favourite pass times in Winter.
So why not update your sofa for a new Winter look? To get the most enjoyment out of couch time, sofa snoozing, or just a lazy lounging afternoon, my first Tip is to update your sofa. Styles that are suitable for the cooler months are definitely a Classic, French or Hamptons inspired sofa making the most of both warm and cool shades to create the perfect, cosy Winter haven.
