Don't be afraid to play with color and pattern. If you follow my previous tips this step might be easy, however if you're still a little apprehensive then try blue or green. These are colors in nature that everyone loves and are easy to incorporate. Also don’t be afraid of wallpaper and rugs that carry strong colours or pattern, they can make a room and really add some personality.
